Ingredients

To create about 2 cups of the Angry Crab Trifecta Sauce, you'll need the following ingredients:

  • Garlic: 6 cloves minced
  • Cayenne Pepper: 2 tablespoons adjust based on spice preference
  • Lemon Juice: 1/2 cup freshly squeezed
  • Butter: 1 cup unsalted
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Old Bay Seasoning: 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon to taste
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes: 1 teaspoon optional, for added heat
  • Fresh Parsley: 1/4 cup chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

  • Make sure you have all the ingredients listed above. Gather them together in one place before starting the cooking process to avoid any last-minute confusion.

Step 2: Melt the Butter

  • Take a medium-sized saucepan and melt the butter over low heat. You can also use a microwave for this step.

Step 3: Add Garlic

  • Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic to the pan. Sauté it for about 1-2 minutes until it’s fragrant, but not browned.

Step 4: Mix in the Spices

  • Stir in the cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the spices with the garlic and butter. You can also add red pepper flakes if you want some extra heat.

Step 5: Add Lemon Juice

  • Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir to combine. Let it simmer for another minute.

Step 6: Adjust the Heat

  • If you want an extra kick, you can add the optional red pepper flakes now. Give the sauce a taste and tweak the salt and pepper to suit your liking.

Step 7: Simmer and Thicken

  • Let the sauce simmer on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly and the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 8: Serve

  • Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Your Angry Crab Trifecta Sauce is now ready to serve. Pour it over your favorite seafood dishes or use it as a dipping sauce.
