Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Start by preparing the ingredients for the sauce. Grate the Parmesan cheese and set it aside. You can also slice the chicken into thin strips if it’s not already prepped.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  • Warm a large frying pan over medium heat and drizzle in a little olive oil. Cook the chicken strips thoroughly until they are fully cooked in the center and develop a golden-brown exterior. Take the chicken out of the pan and place it aside for later use.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant. Then gradually whisk in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low then add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir continuously until it is fully melted and incorporated into the sauce.

Step 4: Combine the Chicken and Sauce

  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the Alfredo sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

Notes
